We wanted to highlight a new reporting requirement for most businesses starting in 2024. The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) is requiring details about all of those individuals that have "control" over a company. Control can mean ownership but can also include executive level individuals (i.e. CFO) that have no ownership of the business.
