We are a Katy based CPA company, looking for a Tax Preparer (Individual Tax Return). This position assists the CPA with tax preparation and accounting.
The duties include:
Individual tax preparation
Preparing Financial Statements (Profit & Loss statement, Balance Sheet, GL) using Quickbooks (Desktop and online)
This position is looking for a person with:
Previous work experience in an accounting or a CPA company
Good knowledge of Individual tax return schedules (E, D, C)
Previous work experience with Quickbooks Desktop and QB Online applications
Tax experience with Drake tax software is a plus
The person in this position need to be able to multitask, and open to learn new things. Good interpersonal skills and client management are an important part of the job.
