When I bought my first life insurance policy, I wasn’t super healthy - I got rated higher, so the cost was more than I expected. We had debt, and if something happened to me, I couldn’t leave Nick with grief and financial stress.

So, I chose a Return of Premium term policy.
Here’s how I saw it:
➡️ Worst case — he’s protected and our debt is paid off
➡️ Best case — I live my life and get my premiums back (typically tax-free)
It gave me peace of mind when I needed it most.

I wake up every day grateful for the chance to serve my neighbors and my community in whatever ways I can. Today, our team — with help from my husband — had the privilege of serving lunch to our first responders and the students training alongside them. It was an honor to give back to those who dedicate themselves to keeping us safe. ❤️
