Happy 5th anniversary to Jarrid Gray this week!!! He and AJ Oare started the same day and like AJ, he followed family as well joining Dad, Ed, and his brother Nate would also be on the team. Jarrid would carve his own path and as our Stepped UP 👟 award winner this year and formerly a Get S**t Done award winner as a member of our first year Vac Dry team, he has been earning respect, trust, confidence, and belief by doing the past 5 years!
Our other Jared, asked him yesterday how Christopher Weil saying one of the things he did at work this past year he was proudest of was training and mentoring Jarrid made him feel, he was pretty humble, saying “it is nice to hear and feel that he and people here believe in me.” He went on to say that the time he spent on the dry floor since he first trained as a Spray Line operator a couple of years back with Mike Husted helped him assimilate easier, that along with Chris’ guidance and support, he feels confident in running the sprayline.
Jarrid is one of most accomplished Op Level partners on the dry floor, he has done everything between Coloring and Finishing, specializing in cow 🐮 and pig 🐷 on all the drying operations, Crust milling, Buffing, he was Vanessa Ninneman’s top go to for helping guide and train the team to meet schedules, quality, and workmanship. He also trained with AJ this Summer on hand flame treating prior to taking on the Spray Line Operator role where he resides today.
Jarrid, we are all very proud of you as Chris was and appreciate you so much!! You are a great example to others in production in the depth of your skills, knowledge, and cross training across our production process and how you apply it to wherever you are to success!! Thank you for all of your hard work, dedication, and partnership!
