🚨 *Important Update for Businesses!* 🚨

Due to a recent court decision on December 23, 2024, companies are now required to report their *beneficial ownership information* to FinCEN, unless stated otherwise. Here's the breakdown:

1. *For companies registered before January 1, 2024*: You now have until *January 13, 2025* to file your report. (This was originally due by January 1, 2025.)

2. *For companies registered between *December 3, 2024* and *December 23, 2024*: You also have until *January 13, 2025**.

3. *For companies created after January 1, 2025*: You have *30 days* to file after your registration is effective.

If you qualify for *disaster relief*, check for extended deadlines!

🔔 *Note*: Companies owned by Isaac Winkles or members of the National Small Business Association are NOT required to report at this time.
