We are excited to announce that we will be hosting Dietrè Griesinger as our first firm intern this summer at Riverside Wealth Partners.

Dietre comes to us as a rising senior at Stetson University in DeLand, Florida. She is an Accounting and Finance major and was selected to participate in the prestigious Roland George Investments Program (RGIP), which I was a part of 27 years ago. RGIP is one of the oldest student run investment management programs in the country, allowing students to gain real life experience in investment analysis and portfolio management with the program’s $7 million portfolio.

Outside of academics, Dietre is involved in campus as a member of the equestrian team as well as the Alpha Xi Delta Sorority.

We know we will both learn a lot from eachother through this experience and look forward to seeing Dietre this June.

Riverside Wealth Partners was honored to participate as an Event Partner for The Rotary Club of Jacksonville's 2nd Annual Financial Literacy Summit on April 17, 2026. This event was the culmination of a year of planning for our committee and could not have been completed without the tireless efforts of our club members and event partners.

This year’s event took place at Jean Ribault High School’s beautiful new campus. We had 140 students take part in a full day of financial education. Thank you to Jean Ribault High School, Riverside High School, Raines High School, Andrew Jackson High School and KIPP Jacksonville for inviting your students to take part!

The kids left this engaging day with a better understanding of saving, investing, debt management, career opportunities and navigating college/vocational choices.

We appreciated the opportunity to contribute to the Jacksonville community through this effort!

I truly enjoyed my third National Partners Conference with NewEdge Advisors at the Tarranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, California.

I learned a lot from the experts presenting on various topics, with this year’s focus topic of alternative investments. We have a really deep bench of internal resources as well as external partners.

I also enjoyed catching up with friends and colleagues to compare notes on successes and challenges. The very mediocre young tennis player in me was thrilled to meet Andre Agassi (!!) our evening speaker Monday night. He spoke about the challenges he faced during a successful career and how he’s giving back in a major way to education by helping build schools in underserved areas of the country.

NewEdge Advisors and NewEdge Capital Group are truly hitting our stride. Our growth in industry rankings is matched by the growth in resources provided by the firm we are affiliated with. It’s been amazing to watch and the best is yet to come!

I was thrilled to be invited to Dimensional Fund Advisors’ two day Deals and Succession conference last week for the third year in a row along with other senior executives in the RIA space. Dimensional is an asset manager that we highly respect, and a thought partner in the practice management field with a team dedicated to monitoring trends and providing guidance to growing advisors.

As a fiduciary, it is my obligation to ensure that I am planning for future growth, long term sustainability, and for the unexpected. Through this conference, I’ve connected with a number of highly respected individuals in the industry that can help me plan for the future as well as other advisors tackling similar issues within their own practices. I came away with a number of actionable objectives to pursue for the long-term benefit of the clients of Riverside Wealth Partners.



And I had the good fortune of meeting up with my good friend Corey Walen with Bridgemark Strategies, who helped guide my transition to an independent practice, and made plans to be on his podcast in a few weeks.

I’m so proud to be a co-chair of this year’s event this year supporting the Melanoma Research Foundation.

This is the sixth year for this local event which has raised almost $1 million dollars for a number of research grants focused on pediatric melanoma and advanced immunotherapy treatments. Riverside Wealth Partners is proud to be a sponsor of this year’s event as well.

I’ve successfully fought melanoma since 2019, having a number of surgeries on spots that have been caught early. As I’ve learned, melanoma is not a vanity issue but a cancer on your skin that can spread throughout your body. Regular checks are vital for everyone, not just folks that spend a lot of time outdoors as in many cases the damage was done years ago or may be due to genetic predisposition.

The event will take place on Thursday, October 22nd at TPC Sawgrass beginning at 6PM, featuring a live auction, cocktails, food and entertainment.

We are excited to announce the 2nd Annual Financial Literacy Summit hosted by the Rotary Club of Jacksonville on April 17, 2026.

This year’s event will take place at Ribault High School’s beautiful new campus will provide a full day of programming for 11th and 12th graders enrolled at Ribault and other Duval County high schools. Transportation will be provided to/from Ribault, Raines, Riverside, First Coast, and Andrew Jackson high schools.

I really enjoyed my time last week at the Roland George Investment Program’s Annual Symposium at the Citrus Club in Orlando. This event is open to community members, alumni, students and their families.

We heard presentations from five student teams on stocks that they felt worthy of addition to the program’s portfolio (a real portfolio established in the 1980s from an alumni donation).
I’ve spent more time recently with the program, which I benefitted from 25 years ago, and have been thoroughly impressed with the caliber of education the program is providing. These students ready to successfully begin their career in investment management or wealth management upon graduation.

Riverside Wealth Partners is excited to announce that will be hosting an intern from the program each summer, beginning in 2026. More details to come!
