Just announced. The IRS has extended the filing deadline for taxes for the entire state until 2/15/23. This means
1) 2021 returns are now postponed four months
2) Quarterly tax deposits ar extended through 2/15
3) 990 (exempt organization) returns which for many were due 11/15 are now pushed back three months
4) Payroll tax returns are now due 2/15 instead of 10/31 and 1/31/23 respectively.
5) Payroll tax deposits are still due, but those with required payroll dates between 9/23 and 10/10 are penalty free as long as they get it in by 10/10
