Please understand that tax returns are not being sent to the IRS tomorrow. The IRS has not announced an official opening date yet.
What is happening tomorrow is that tax companies are opening to start cash advances. To receive a cash advance, your return must be ready to file, because once it’s submitted for an advance, the return is locked and will be transmitted as soon as the IRS opens.

Back in the day, people would rush to submit information to try to beat the other parent to claiming a dependent. That no longer works. The IRS now allows both returns to be submitted, and the person who actually qualifies to claim the dependent will receive their money faster. The other person will likely end up audited and required to pay the money back, and that process is happening quicker than ever.

My advice is to wait until you have all of your documents. There has already been talk in the tax streets that the IRS will be flagging more returns for mismatched or missing documents.

Please remember, a lot of tax pros will say anything just to get you to try them.
Choose wisely.

🚦 There are a lot of tax credits some preparers are going to try to use this year to get you a bigger refund even when you don’t qualify.

People who allowed this with things like:
• Fuel credits
• Medical leave credits
• 1099-DIV schemes
• Other fake or inflated credits

…are now getting hit with $20,000+ IRS bills, plus $5,000 penalties for filing fraudulent credits.

If it sounds too good to be true it is.

The IRS is catching fraud faster than ever, and they’re not just looking at this year. They are going back years, fixing returns, and collecting their money.

A refund is not worth your peace, your future, or an IRS problem that follows you for years.

Get the refund that actually belongs to you — and don’t play with the IRS. Because you may end up needing my other business Bad Boys Bailbondz Inc

A professional tax preparer:
• Knows current tax law (which changes every year)
• Applies credits/deductions correctly so you don’t leave money on the table
• Verifies income, dependents, and eligibility to avoid audits and delays
• Takes on legal responsibility for accuracy
• Helps you plan, not just file
• Protects you from costly mistakes that can follow you for years

Anyone can “file” a return.
Not everyone can stand behind it.

Cheap prep often costs people more later…audits, amended returns, offsets, penalties, or lost refunds.

You’re not paying for a form.
You’re paying for peace of mind, compliance, and someone who knows what they’re doing.

My fees have been the same since day 1. Charging more than 300.00 for a tax return is crazy to me, and in some instances i charge less. I want long time customers not season ones.

🗣️ Since I’ve been asked this a few times, here’s clarity on those Trump Accounts.

Please understand: This $1,000 is NOT an added tax credit to your refund.

Who’s eligible
• Every American child 👶 born January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2028
• Each eligible child receives a $1,000 starter deposit
*Child must be a US Citizen with a SSN*

📅 When it starts
• Accounts expected to launch July 5, 2026
• Parent/guardian enrolls when filing 2025 taxes or through an online portal by summer 2026

💼 How it works
• Account is in the child’s name
• Parent/guardian is custodian until age 18
• No contribution required
• Optional contributions up to $5,000 per year
• Funds are automatically invested in American companies

📈 Why it matters
• Money grows over time
• Helps children build long-term wealth and financial literacy

🎓 At age 18
• Account becomes fully theirs
• Funds may be used for education, a home, or starting a business
• Tax rules apply

📊 Growth examples over 18 years (not guaranteed)
• $0 per year → $5,800
• $250 per year → $20,700
• $5,000 per year → $303,800

⚠️ Actual results may vary. Withdrawals may be taxed and subject to restrictions.

As always, please keep in mind that everything comes with pros and cons. Do your own research and review official sources. The IRS website provides helpful information to properly prepare for filing your return. Hope this provides clarity.

The standard deduction was significantly increased, meaning more of your income is shielded from federal tax by the Internal Revenue Service.

💰 New amounts:

• $15,750 — Single filers

• $31,500 — Married filing jointly

• $23,625 — Head of household

📌 What this means:

✔️ Less taxable income

✔️ Fewer dollars taxed

✔️ More refund potential (or lower balance due)

More deductions = more protection for your money.

In the past you were told that can file your taxes with your last paystub.
“NOT ANYMORE” 💨

What’s on your paystub and what is on your W-2 will be different this year.

You always want to make sure what is being filed to the IRS is accurate in order to avoid a potential audit or problems for under reporting income‼️

File your taxes with someone who has been in the business for 26 years and never move’s location.

Early Advances start January 2, 2026. Call to make your appointment.
