To make sure we help our clients get the best Tax Savings they can, we are asking you to bring your last YTD Paystub of 2025 with your Tax Documents.

Some W2s are reporting your Overtime "Total Wages"(1.5x), some are showing your Overtime "Premium"(0.5x), and some are showing nothing at all.

We are allowed to deduct 1/3 of your total Overtime Wages. Also known as the ".5" or "Premium" of the Overtime you receive.
NOT THE FULL WAGES PAID IN OVERTIME. Nor are you allowed Double time(2x). But we can calculate that for you, no worries, just bring that Paystub!

*This Policy will remain in effect at Affordable Accounting as long as the "No Tax on Overtime" law applies. Some companies will get better, quicker, at adopting the correct terms and number reporting requirements. You may not feel it necessary to bring your Paystub in the future. That is your choice, we will just suggest it.

The IRS, has decided not to offer the free filing program for tax payers to file their easy tax returns this next tax season.
