The 2025 Tax Season runs from 1/27/2025 to 4/15/2025.
We are located in the Grove Park Office Suites on Taylorsville Rd in Huber Heights. Our address is 7039, that number is displayed in large print directly above our entrance door. There is another tax service in the same office complex. Please look for 7039 and Deis & Associates to make sure you come to the correct location.
If you plan to have other family members' tax returns completed at the time of your appointment other than your spouse (ex - child, mother, father, etc.) please make that known when you schedule your appointment. Otherwise there may not be enough time to complete them all.
Please be on-time for your appointment, arrive early if possible (PLEASE). If you are even a few minutes late it could prevent your return from being completed in your allotted time.
Drop-offs will be completed when time allows, if you need/want your tax return completed "same-day" please schedule an appointment.
For Huber residents - New this year, Huber is accepting e-file. We will do that for you.
For Ohio returns - We must include tax payer's driver license numbers, issue date, and expiration date. This is part of fraud/identify theft prevention by the State.
If your bank account is different from last year please let Mitch know prior to completing the return or it could cause a rejection of your direct deposit from the IRS and Ohio.
If you moved last year Mitch needs to know prior to completing your return as it will affect your City return.
During Tax Season it is common place for the voicemail to be full from time to time as the phones are hectic. Best time to call is 10 minutes before the hour.
Mitch will not see emails in a timely fashion from 2/1 - 4/16 βΊοΈ
In Amy's opinion - if you wait to do your taxes the last week of March, you are waiting until the last minute to do your return. π Come in early!
Even if you owe the government money it does not matter when you do your taxes, you will still have until April 15th to pay. For example, waiting until April to do your taxes only hurts YOU. That just means you have less time to save for what you must pay on 4/15. Even if you do the return on 2/1 you have until 4/15 to pay.
Extensions are available if you need more time to properly prepare an accurate & complete return. We can file the request for you which extends your file date to Oct 15th.
If you have further questions you can message with Amy through this Business page or call Mitch direct at 937-237-9229.
Thanks!
