I have decided to close the office the week of April 20th - Apr 24th. All appointments scheduled for April 21st will be honored however outside of Tuesday the office will be closed. I need a little time...I don't have time for a break or vacation but I do need a break from face to face meetings to catch up on all the accounting, payroll taxes and finish up all the returns that had missing information at the time of appointments. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

Completed extensions over the weekend. Expecting 150+ more returns. Let's be honest there is no way I will accomplish that many before the end of the day Wednesday. I will do my best to accomplish as many as possible before then and know I will have an additional preparer next year...

Just a reminder....you do not need to talk to me, Shannon to schedule an appointment. Please call the office between 8am - 3pm and the girls can get you on my schedule. Also the website allows you to schedule appointments in real time. In order for me to provide accurate and time efficient turn around tax returns I can no longer take every call and email personally to schedule an appointment time with me. I want to provide you all with the service you deserve but it is difficult to do so when some people want to talk to me personally to schedule an appointments with me.

We do not have a data base with everyone's current number and therefore are unable to return calls from David. Who is David and what is your number? I am not going to call every client named David or maybe he is not a client yet, I am not sure? The office officially moved to 837 W Shaw St, Howard City...now to unpack. We will be fully operational again starting Monday...please do not stop by the new space until Monday as I need a couple days to get reorganized.
