You Don’t Owe Them The Debt.

Have a collection? Ask the collection agency to show you these

1. Proof the debt hasn’t passed the statute of limitations
2. Proof they have the right to collect the debt
3. Name and address of the original creditor
4. The original credit agreement
5. Copy of the purchase agreement

Send them a debt validation letter and request all these things. They are required by law to stop collecting the debt from you if they can’t provide every single thing that you request from them.

To fix your utilization problem you can:
