Spending- Swiping, all your extra spending done in this account.
Savings- Allocate a few dollars to this account. If you are saving for emergency funds, buffer cash or rainy day. This is the account for it.

There is power in the pause.

I started screenshotting things I wanted to buy.

Some of the answers were reasonable.
Some of them made no sense at all.

I realize wanting something and needing something are two different conversations.

The pause gave me room to think about:
• Is this aligned with my goals?
• Will I actually use this more than once?
• Is this solving a problem or just feeding an emotion?

Sometimes the answer was no.

But sometimes the pause helped me make better decisions, like choosing a car I could maintain instead of one that just looked nice.

A lot of people don’t have a spending problem.

They have a no-pause problem.

They see it.
They want it.
They buy it.

No questions asked.

But if you can train yourself to pause…
you give wisdom a chance to show up.

There is power in the pause.

Two weeks ago I filled my tank for $43.
Today it cost me $60.

That’s a $17 increase for the SAME tank.

If you fill up once a week, that’s an extra $68 a month.
That’s $816 a year just in gas increases.

This is why I say life changes & you have to change with it

What you did 6 months ago may not suffice this month. My life looks completely different today than it did March 2025.

Here’s what to do instead of just complaining about gas prices:

✔️Add a $75–$100 “price increase” line in your budget
✔️Use Upside or gas rewards (I personally use Kroger & Circle K)
✔️Slow down — aggressive driving burns more gas
✔️Run errands in one trip, not five
✔️Keep your tank above 1/4 (this is a hard one for me)

Prices will move.
Strategy has to move faster.

While on a consult call this morning, there is something I realized.

You don’t need another planner, notebook or fresh start.

You need a plan that moves.

Desire feels productive.
Writing goals feels productive.
Buying supplies feels productive.

But none of that changes the trajectory of your life

Calculated action does

Stop preparing to prepare.
Start preparing to move.

Yesterday we asked God for strategy.

But here’s the real question…

When He gives it to you…
Will you follow it even if it doesn’t make sense?

The walls of Jericho didn’t fall because they prayed once.

They fell because they walked.
They obeyed.
They stayed consistent.
They didn’t quit on Day 5.

Sometimes the strategy isn’t “get more money.”
Sometimes it’s:
• Stop spending emotionally
• Seek help in areas you are weak
• Cancel what you can’t steward
•Stop fantasizing about a life and do the work to get it

God can open doors.
But He will also give you instructions to manage what’s behind them.

Faith + Strategy + Discipline = Results.

If you’re ready to stop just asking for breakthroughs and start building them…

We ask God to move for us.
Make ways out of no ways & he is a God that can do that and more!!

However, in my prayer time I heard God say “ask me for strategy”.

When God gave the Israelites the City of Jericho he gave them a strategy to go out and conquer.

I pray that God is releasing strategy to his people. He is releasing a strategy to you that will allow you to walk into a place everyone said could never be yours!!
