Here's my personal & professional opinion on the response to some of the OBBBA deductions:
-The $6,000 additional senior deduction has been a nice surprise.
- The vehicle loan deduction on interest has been very minimal and barely noticed.
- No tax on OT hours?! is HUGE (say it in Trumps voice)
- No tax on tips?! is also HUGE

What a season! I want to thank all my amazing clients for another successful tax season — and for hanging in there as we wrapped up those extensions.

For me, tax season is more than numbers and deadlines. It’s about connecting with clients, meeting new faces and challenges, and uncovering new ideas and goals for the year ahead.

Now it’s on to the 4th quarter — time to look at how the year’s shaping up and plan those smart moves to finish strong.

Hi everyone, sorry I don’t post often but I’m enjoying summer more ever this year. I’ll admit I may be addicted to paddle boarding. 🙂

I’m working on my CE to keep sharp with all the new tax changes. Tax extensions will be due in a couple months so if you haven’t completed your 2024 returns let’s get going on them.
The 4th quarter is also a great time to do some tax planning. I can help with this, too.

August 2-3 is "No sales tax weekend" here in Arkansas for certain products. It may be a good time to purchase clothing, electronics and supplies: Timed perfectly for back-to-school for parents, but also, includes cell phone, computer, diapers, boots, coats....
