Beneficiary Spotlight 💙 The Bridge Youth and Family Services
Mental health starts with the small steps we take every day. This year, The Bridge Youth and Family Services is sharing an important reminder: focus on what you can control, strive to get 1% better each day, and create healthy spaces that allow growth, healing, and connection.
The Bridge is one of this year’s Charity Supercar Show beneficiaries. When you attend the show, register your supercar, or purchase merch, you are helping provide critical mental health resources and support for youth and families in our community.
Today’s young people are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma at unprecedented levels. Through counseling, crisis intervention, prevention programs, and family support services, The Bridge helps children and teens build resilience, strengthen relationships, and develop the tools they need to move forward with confidence and hope.
Sometimes flipping the switch for your mental health starts with one conversation, one healthy habit, or one supportive environment. Together, we can help create those spaces for the next generation.
