Irs file system will open for filing on Monday January 26th, 2026. Per the website. Our office will open Tuesday January 27th, 2026 to start accepting appointments and electronically filing.
We will start full week Monday through Saturday starting February 2nd forward.

So here's the Scoop
The office was closed for June through 1st week of August.
Since that time
I have been going over there and pulling extensions which our Small individual owned business filed close to 150 of those. I have been correcting rejects most of which was the Marketplace scam that happened to thousands of people. That has been a huge night mare.
Some were normal Identity Theft pin needed, wrong information giving or even keyed incorrect.
Or someone was already claimed on return.
With that said, I have worked on getting these settled. Then pulling extensions.
No I do not have Set Hours during the Months of June through December as I do not have enough people to work nor is the business actually busy enough
So therefore I go in for several hours through out the day consisting of minimal 2 days a week. Which is normally Tuesday through Thursday most weeks.
Occasional Friday.
Always Closed Saturday through Monday.
Next I will state and be true..I am the absolute worst at checking missed calls, left messages, text messages. I start returning the get busy and totally forget. Want lie about that. Yes it's horrible of me. But I am good at my job and I work hard for each person that uses my services. I am working on extensions. I know the deadline is October 15, I understand it's taxes and people get worried, frustrated and angry. I will complete what I have in office by deadline. Yes I need a personal secretary to handle all calls, email ,voicemail, te t messages and returning all for me. But that is not available. So I stay behind daily.

But let's not be cruel or gossip. Just pray with us and for us. As I pray daily

Due to unforseen circumstances, my schedule I had planned for being in office has not worked for me.
As awful as it has been for me. I understand the stress it has caused customers awaiting for taxes to be completed, returned calls taken care of.
Tina Shelby Brown and Jaimee R McBee have been trying with their busy schedules to help out. Xfinity our network and phone provider has truly been horrible also. Our wifi and internet systems will not stay up through the day. Our phone system will go to a dead call stating not available.
So, I ask to continue to be understanding.
I pray to get all better so we can have happy customers and completed work. Please note call the office, leave message. Or email at [email protected] . Our cell numbers are not always available for tax office related calls especially when at another place of employment.
please do not call our cell numbers after 8pm any day. Nor on weekends at this time our office is closed. Saturday and Sunday office is closed. But you may call office anytime and your number will show as a missed call and you may leave a message. Hours are much different May through Dec every year. Jan through April yes we make huge efforts to accommodate calls on our cell phone as our office hours are long days and 6 days a week.
But off season is very different. So call office if possible. As I personally get lost in all cell calls and text messages coming from private, spam, unrecognizable numbers.

Reminder extension are not due for filing until October 15th. But, yes can be filed anytime available to do so.

I am still dealing with SHINGLES!! They have been horrible. With my immune system being compromised with health issues everyday it has disrupted other illnesses for me. So it's been a slower process for me.
So I have not been able to be in office at all over the past 2 1/2 weeks.
Jaimee R McBee and Tina Shelby Brown have been going in office just to get messages and returning some of those.
Keep praying for me
I will be back at office soon.
Again our hours are very sporadic during the off season and we are only there 2 to 3 days a week
Tuesday through Friday only for those days.
Only afternoon and early evening hours.
Tina only from 5pm to 7pm
Jaimee, her hours are very different ranging from 9am up to 3pm , 2 days a week.
Once I get cleared
My hours will be from 130pm earliest up to 630pm latest on those 2 or 3 days.
We appreciate everyone and thank you all.

****UPDATE***
Well after another 2 1/2 hours at the Doctor this morning.
It seems my Plurisy has expanded out to
SHINGLES!
This would explain why the pain changed directions around my breast line to the back constantly. Instead of just being in the front or lower back of ribs pain.

Again Lucky me! I always get the strangest stuff to happen.
But very Blessed I did not make a trip to see Jessica last weekend. God knew and prepared me.
Keep praying as this pain is worse than Plurisy!
Been suffering with pneumonia and plurisy since last Tuesday. Spent 2 hours at Dr office only to be sent to ER where I spent 7 hours running ct scans and exrays . A week later and I am still hurting badly from the plurisy on left side.
Feels like all my ribs are broken. I continue to spike a fever just randomly.
Going back to Dr. In the morning.
Please keep me in your prayers as I need to get this gone. I have no energy and I can't rest due to the severity of this pain.

Needless to say but all appointments for this week were and has been canceled for the office.

Been suffering with pneumonia and plurisy since last Tuesday. Spent 2 hours at Dr office only to be sent to ER where I spent 7 hours running ct scans and exrays . A week later and I am still hurting badly from the plurisy on left side.
Feels like all my ribs are broken. I continue to spike a fever just randomly.
Going back to Dr. In the morning.
Please keep me in your prayers as I need to get this gone. I have no energy and I can't rest due to the severity of this pain.

Jaimee R McBee has been going by office checking messages and trying to return calls.
Tina Shelby Brown will go by in evening after 5pm to schedule appointments and also return calls.
We are experiencing some internet and wifi issues that is keeping our network up and down.
I pray to get things corrected with that also.

We got new Window coverage at the office.
The front door phone number is our fax number. But a new one is being shipped so the office number will be on there soon.

COMCAST/XFINITY!!
3 Service tickets! No service at all in 16 days!
We are completely Network business! Our office can not open without phone, wifi, network, internet.
This is another set back for us.
Blessed it's not health issues.
We will be in office and open this week. Just not available to take appointments for this week. We will use this week to do catch up and prepare for the rest of our year. will continue being open through April. Then will have a limited schedule the rest of year. Myself, Jaimee and Tina will be dedicated to 3 to 5 hours weekly from May through December to better manage the office and keep all updated.
Once again I am thanking everyone for the support and loyalty given.
Praying all will completely be up and running fully next week.

Comcast/xfinity charges way to much to us for our services to be
Out of service. Bills are paid. But service is never 💯.

We truly are looking forward to seeing everyone and having a better year!
