Is Full-Time the Only Way to Work?
Remember going into the office five days a week? I remember it too, and I honestly do not know how I did it. That routine feels almost impossible now.
The pandemic shifted everything. Working from home became normal. Hybrid setups became common. That shift changed the way we think about work. Could a similar shift be possible in how much we work?
With new technology, especially artificial intelligence, and a culture that is beginning to prioritize quality of life, the idea of working fewer days or fewer hours is becoming more realistic. This is not just theory. Many of us have already started making the shift.
It can be done. But it takes planning. And that is where I come in.
I recently made the move to part-time work, something I never thought would be possible. It was a huge decision, and I have loved every second of it. I am more productive, happier, and healthier. And while my income has decreased since stepping away from full-time work, careful planning made it possible. It was absolutely the right move for me.
There are many things to consider when thinking about this decision. Questions around income, job structure, and health insurance are real and deserve thoughtful attention. But with the right strategy, you can work through each one and build a plan that fits your life.
If this has been on your mind, let’s talk. I can help you figure out what is possible, what needs to be done, and how to make it work. Financially and practically.
You do not have to figure it out alone.
