One of the most common misconceptions I see is that moving from one accounting or ERP system to another will automatically solve reporting and operational challenges.

In reality, migrations often expose existing issues with data integrity, workflows, reconciliations, and reporting structure.

A new platform can provide better tools, but it cannot correct underlying accounting infrastructure problems on its own.
