Attention! NYS Retirement Mandate into effect in 2022!

For business owners who don't know, NYS will require businesses with 10+ W2 employees (2021-2022) to provide retirement options for their employees.

There is a lot of moving parts to this as you can imagine. If this applies to you or someone you know, let's chat and go over what option makes the most sense.

New York has a state-based retirement program — the New York State Secure Choice Savings Program — that businesses with 10 or more employees must offer to employees. The program formerly was voluntary.
