Okay, jokes aside…April 15th will be here before you know it and here’s what actually can happen if you don’t file on time 👇

Let’s clear this up real quick, because this is where a lot of people get tripped up.

There are TWO different penalties:

✔️ Failure to FILE
This is the big one. If you don’t file at all, the penalties stack up FAST.
✔️ Failure to PAY
This one is smaller—and much more manageable.

👉 Translation:
Even if you can’t pay your full balance… file the return anyway.

That alone can save you a significant amount in penalties and keeps your options open for payment plans.

We see this every year—good people making it harder on themselves just by waiting.
