Episode 3 of The Blox was all about taking a basic offer and making it stronger.

“Free shipping?” Meaningless.
“Satisfaction guaranteed?” Even worse.

The challenge was learning how to create offers that actually make people stop, listen, and understand the value you bring.

In case you were wondering what a typical day looked like behind the scenes — it was nonstop.

Breakfast. Learning. Challenges based on the topics we covered. Then ending the day with a Blox Off.

And the cameras? They could start rolling at literally any moment. You never knew when you’d get called on in front of everyone.

Needless to say… I studied A LOT. 😂

A lot of my lunch breaks and dinners were spent sitting kindergarten-style on the carpet reviewing notes and preparing “just in case.”

Because when opportunity calls your name, preparation matters.
