Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Office Environment
Language Requirement: Fluent in Bangla
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence in Bangla and English.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, promptly address inquiries, and resolve issues.
Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and meetings, maintaining an organized calendar.
Documentation: Use office applications to prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations.
Required Skills:
Computer Proficiency: Strong knowledge of computer operations and office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in handling administrative tasks and documentation.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Language: Proficiency in Bangla and English.
