Custom Business & Tax Solutions is hiring a Front Office Assistant/Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our organization and help keep daily operations running smoothly!
In this role, you’ll:
• Greet and assist visitors
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Manage schedules, appointments & conference rooms
• Handle mail, deliveries & office supplies
• Provide administrative support (filing, scanning, data entry)
• Assist with tax return processing, client communication & pickup coordination
Strong attention to detail and organization are a must!
We’re looking for someone organized, professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with 1–3 years of receptionist or customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
💲 Pay: $18–$20 per hour
🕒 Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM + seasonal Saturdays (Jan–Apr 15, 9 AM–2 PM)
