-Always have an emergency savings (💲1,000+)
-Rule of thumb for savings: 3️⃣-6️⃣ months of expenses
-Families with 🚗 & 🏡 may want more
-Single renters may not need that much saved
-Save 💯% in cash for purchase within 1-2 years
