January 1, 2025 - Minimum Wage Increases to $10.56
February 21, 2025 - Minimum Wages Increases to $12.48

February 21, 2025 - Employers Must Comply with the Earned Sick Time Act - I will Post a Summary after my seminar.

February 28, 2025 - Sales Tax Annual Return is due.

Friendly Reminder....Annual Sales Tax returns are due 2/28...S Corp tax returns are due 3/15 and all other tax returns 4/18. Penalties and interest are ridiculous if not filed on time!

Friendly Reminder....1099's are due to your subs and lanlords and the 1096's to the IRS in about a month and a half! W2's and W3's also due at this time.. Do you have W9's on file? Have your ordered your forms?

PS....your form 5081, Yearly Sales Tax is due almost a month later.
