Thank you all for your support and another successful tax season.

As our normal clients know, the work isn't over and our office doesn't close shop, we shift gears. Our office hours are back to our normal Mon & Tues 9a-4p.

We will be working diligently to contact everyone with outstanding reject messages, incomplete information provided, and returns that haven't been picked up.

Our hours are up to date and I'll fix that voicemail on Monday. Dont hesitate to drop in if you still haven't filed.

Its crunch time! 3 days until the end of tax season. We will be open 9a-7p through Wednesday the 15th, we will be in office some Thursday and Friday.

Regular off season hours (Mon and Tues 9a-4p) start back Monday the 20th.

ALL returns including drop-offs and extensions REQUIRE an intake form. All Drop-Offs require a $100 deposit, $25 of that will go towards an extension (if not picked up/completed by 4/15) the remainder goes towards tax prep.

We will see you in the trenches! Bring a snack, beverage, and a book.

We are back to normal Tax Season hours of M-F 9am-7pm and Sat. 9am-3pm.

State returns are still taking longer than usual to process. If you are planning to pay a Federal amount due by the deadline with a State refund you need to file soon.

All Drop-Offs require a $100 deposit, this will go towards your prep cost. Extensions alone will be filed with a $25 fee and completed intake form.

CLOSED MONDAY MARCH 23,2026

Our Offices will be CLOSED Monday, March 23, 2026 due to a death in the family. Normal business hours will resume Tuesday, March 24th at 9am

We know it is crunch time and our clients are like family, however, it has always been God and Family First.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Pray for us as we lay our Aunt Hazel to rest.

We havn't posted lately, thats because we have been serving our clients and staying busy!

At Lawson's, when your file leaves our desk it is checked at least 3 times. Returns are checked for accuracy and acceptance of IRS & State.

Don't wait til the last minute to file. With all the changes there have been issues with the IRS and state. We are on top of it and helping clients navigate the notices from the state and bank issues from the IRS not distributing checks.

Do be sure to provide your correct contact and bank information, including updated routing numbers (here in the Lowcountry, several banks have changed the routing numbers and/or added numbers to your account number recently)

We are ready to help our clients and start the week off right.

We have plenty of engagement letters and intake forms lined up. Dont forget those IDs and SS cards to update your files.

New clients get a $25 discount on any type of filing.
Clients that refer someone that becomes a new client get a "bird dog fee" ($20)
If it has been 2 years or more since you filed regularly with us, come back! We will give you a $20 "boomerang discount"

File by Tuesday Feb 10th to get your refunds as early as the 20th!

Open til 7pm through the week and we will be there til 3p on Saturdays

Come see us by Tuesday for a refund drop date as early as Feb 13th! Get it over with AND have some extra funds to spoil your significant other

Our office hours have been updated! This week we are open 9am-6pm M-F and Lee will be holding the fort down on Saturday 9am-3pm

Office Hours will extend when the IRS opens 1/26 to 9am-7pm M-F AND Sat 9a-3p through the 2025 deadline (April 15, 2026)

Please remember to provide ID(s), Social Security card(s), and proof of Guardianship (if applicable) when coming to file your taxes.

We may have recieved these documents in the past but we are updating our files and these items are necessary to file according to our security plan and IRS guidelines.

All persons must provide the appropriate documents and fill out a customer intake form.

Please do not hesitate to call our office, email, or drop by to ensure you have what you need.

We are getting ready for you, are you getting ready for us?

Our offices will be open 5 days a week starting Monday 1/12/26 9a-5p. Towards the end of the month and beginning of Feb we add Saturdays and begin staying open til 7.

*Google listing and FB will reflect current hours

We need your information for 1099s and W-2s by Thursday 1/29 to guarantee they make the deadline.

Partnership, S-Corp, and C-Corp returns must be filed by 3/16 to avoid penalties.

All other returns must be filed, balance paid, and/or extensions filed by 4/15 to avoid penalties.

Extensions will be filed for a $25 upfront fee with completion of an intake form for ALL clients.
