Eligibility: You must have filed state income tax returns for both the 2024 and 2025 tax years and not owe any debt to the Department of Revenue.
Payment Amounts: Single/Married Separate: Up to $250.Head of Household: Up to $375.Married Joint: Up to $500.
Timeline: Payments began issuing in early May 2026, with most expected to arrive within a 30-day period.
