True North In The Community - Q2 2026
For our 2nd quarter event, the True North Team was delighted to have the opportunity to bring lunch to, and visit again with the now 4th Grade class at Anna Julia Cooper School. Before sharing lots of laughs (and chicken nuggets) with the 4th grade class and playing on the playground, the True North team spent some time walking around the school grounds to pick up trash around the premises. We had a great time catching up with the 4th grade students, their passions, and helping out around the campus. True North in the Community - Q1 2026

This week, the True North team took a tuktuk tour with RVATukTuk through the Hollywood Cemetery to soak up some Richmond history. Founded in 1847, this beautiful landmark was designed as a “garden cemetery,” meant to be as scenic as it is historic - complete with winding paths, rolling hills, and stunning river views. It’s the final resting place of two U.S. presidents and many other iconic mayors, governors, military officers, authors, educators, and philanthropists. As an accredited arboretum, it also offers some of the best views of the James River (and the cherry blossoms!). Our tour guides were incredibly knowledgeable and we had a fantastic day learning more about what makes our city so unique.

True North in the Community - Q1 2026

This morning, the True North team volunteered with Feed More’s Mobile Food Pantry, helping pack and distribute fresh food ~300 families in our community. Powered by Kroger, Feed More's Mobile Food Pantry distributes thousands of pounds of food to people in food deserts and underserved areas across the region.

From organizing and counting food items to loading bags directly into cars, it was a great morning supporting Feed More’s efforts to expand access to food throughout our community. We’re grateful for the opportunity to volunteer and support the important work Feed More does every day.

Birthday celebrations were in full swing this week! 🎉 Today, the True North team gathered at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill to celebrate both Cathy and Dewyonna's birthday. Cathy’s birthday was on February 21st and Dewyonna’s was yesterday, the 24th! Happy Birthday Cathy and Dewyonna! 🎂✨ We're always grateful for the opportunity to celebrate one another and the special moments that bring our team together.
