After more than 21 years of unwavering dedication, care, and service, Heidie is retiring from Omnica. It’s hard to put into words what she has meant to our team, our clients, and the spirit of this company.

Heidie has been with Omnica since the very beginning—through seasons of change, growth, and challenge, her quiet strength and steady presence have been a constant. She’s the kind of teammate who leads with heart, works with integrity, and always puts others first. Many of us have leaned on her wisdom, her kindness, and her calming way of making even the busiest days feel manageable.

While we will miss her dearly, we are thrilled for what lies ahead for Heidie. Her retirement is so well-deserved, and we know she’ll continue to inspire those around her.
