A few months ago, I started to redecorate a few rooms in my house.
I was selling furniture, choosing artwork, decluttering books, purchasing furniture, and trying to make a few rooms feel more finished.
What I didn’t expect was how much the process would teach me about myself.
As I created space in my home, I started creating space in other areas of my life too.
Space to think.
Space to dream.
Space to pray.
Space to notice what had been buried beneath the noise of everyday life.
I think many of us believe organizing is about getting rid of clutter or becoming more efficient.
It is.
But sometimes it’s also about discovering who you’re becoming.
Sometimes the greatest gift of organizing isn’t what leaves your life.
It’s what gets uncovered. ❤️❤️
Have you ever decluttered a space and realized the transformation was happening inside you, too?
I’d love to hear about it in the comments. ❤️
