End of Day 30. End of the challenge.

I just got off the live with hundreds of you. Y'all — the manuscripts, the excerpts, the testimonies, the word counts. I have not stopped crying since 12 PM.

Numbers from today:

📚 187 finished manuscripts
📊 1.3 million collective words written
🤍 1 cohort that will never be the same

What happens next:

For the women who finished — congratulations. You did the thing. The next 30 days are about getting it bound, designed, and into the world. Some of you will stay in the cohort tiers (Toolkit + MOTM + Premium). Some of you will run with what we built. Both are right.

For the women who didn't finish — you wrote MORE than you would have if this challenge didn't exist. Don't punish yourself. Pick up next week. The discipline carries forward.

For me — this challenge is the most important thing I've built this year.

Listen carefully because this is where most authors KILL their book in the final 24 hours:

Polish ≠ perfect.

Polish is one focused pass. Top to bottom. Fix typos. Tighten openings. Cut filler.

Perfect is what you tell yourself you're doing while you secretly start rewriting chapter 1 for the 4th time.

If you start rewriting today, you don't ship tomorrow.

THE BOOK SHIPS TOMORROW.

Not in a week. Not after one more pass. TOMORROW.
