As part of Edward Jones’ ongoing commitment to supporting our communities and promoting long‑term financial stability, more than 100 employees recently traveled to Washington, D.C. to attend the firm’s Public Policy Summit.
While there, they had the opportunity to meet with policymakers and advocate for issues that directly impact financial well‑being, including tax fairness, retirement security, and one topic that is especially meaningful to me—caregiving.
Caregiving matters because thousands of individuals put their own financial wellness at risk each year to care for aging or ailing family members. Long‑term care needs are among the most overlooked and underestimated expenses, yet they can have a profound impact on long‑term financial success.
I’m incredibly proud to work for a firm that is so committed to the long‑term success not only of our clients, but of the communities we serve. At the end of the day, we’re all connected—and creating a better future requires thoughtful planning, compassion, and people working together. (Matching the trump account $1,000?!)
