Single mom for the first 5 years of motherhood, childhood cancer with baby # 4 on the way. . . my own journey has definitely had some bumps along the way!
I guess you could say it was publishing my first book that started this whole author journey of mine. Or hearing how that book encouraged others going through their own difficult seasons.
Hey, I’m Stacia. I love being a mom, and sharing my story to support and serve my fellow mamas.
So much so that this is my little corner of the internet dedicated to helping moms with intentional efforts to teach their children, and learn ways to reach their financial goals with peace-filled family life as the focus.
Some fun facts about me:
✍ I didn’t start writing until I was 34. I almost didn't start my first book, because we were 3 months into our 2 year old's cancer diagnosis when God said, "Start writing it."
👫 I co-wrote my first book "Hidden Hope" with my husband during the 3 1/2 years our son was undergoing treatment for leukemia.
🧶 I've been working as an accountant for nearly 25 years, specifically in the homeschool industry for 15. (Did you know I teach budgeting to 4th-12th graders in my knitting classes?!)
If my unique wiring helps just one more mama, the daily grind to fit it all in is worth it!
