The Koss Olinger team is proud to support the Child Advocacy Center, Inc. Help for the Holidays donation drive this year. This angel-tree style program provides gifts and essential items to children and families in our community who are facing challenging circumstances during the holiday season.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to contribute to an initiative that brings a bit of relief and brightness to those who need it most. Programs like this are an important reminder of the impact we can make when the community comes together with purpose.

It’s been a busy and exciting few weeks at the University of Florida! Our team has enjoyed connecting with students and sharing insights about the wealth management industry and career opportunities at Koss Olinger.

Partner, W.J. Rossi, CFP®, ChFC®, served as a guest lecturer for Intro to Wealth Management and Financial Planning, offering students practical insights on his career and experience as an advisor. We also had the pleasure of hosting several students from the Wealth Management Program for a shadowing day at our office, where they met with various departments and gained a firsthand look at the industry in action.

Emily Lusk, our Marketing and Compliance Coordinator, spoke on the Marketing Panel at the Warrington Career Symposium, discussing creativity, adaptability, and how to navigate an evolving marketing landscape.

Advisor Hartley Carlson, Operations Specialist Thalia Mendez, and Emily also attended the Warrington Career Fair to meet students and recruit for our internship openings starting in Summer 2026.
