This calculation change is available for both first- and second-time borrowers and applies only to new loans approved after March 3, 2021.

The end of the year is quickly approaching! Year-end is a perfect time for employees to verify their W-4 information. It is important to ensure your bookkeeper/payroll specialist has accurate names, social security numbers, and addresses on file for employees in order to prepare W-2's.
The deadline to send out Form W-2 to employees and to file W-2's with the IRS and State agencies is January 31, 2020. Make sure your payroll specialist/bookkeeper has this information well ahead of the deadline as it takes time to prepare these documents.
Did you know the IRS has a new, re-designed Form W-4 coming out for 2020. The new design reduces the form’s complexity and increases the transparency and accuracy of the withholding system. While it uses the same underlying information as the old design, it replaces complicated worksheets with more straightforward questions that make accurate withholding easier for employees.
Employees who have submitted Form W-4 in any year before 2020 are NOT required to submit a new form merely because of the redesign. Employers will continue to compute withholding based on the information from the employee’s most recently submitted Form W-4.
Get those records reviewed and updated to make the year end process go smoothly!

"Welcome sweet November, the season of senses and my favorite month of all."
Gregory F Lenz

November is a month of Gratitude! We are grateful for many things, including the beauty of the changing landscape and colors all around us, our families, friends and especially our wonderful clients!
Let your lives be full of Gratitude always, but especially this month as we look forward and prepare to celebrate Thanksgiving.
Doris Day said "Gratitude is Riches. Complaint is poverty."
