Great News!
Since March 30th, SBA Accounting & Tax Solutions has assisted 12 small businesses receive more than $1 million in CARES Act loan approvals and funding. Senate provides more funding for Paycheck Protection Program loans (04-21-20)
The Senate has passed the Paycheck Protection Program and Health Care Enhancement Act, which will add an additional $320 billion to the Paycheck Protection Program. This is in addition to the $349 billion that was previously authorized under the CARES Act.
According to bill summaries we have seen, this latest legislation will also add an additional $60 billion for loans and grants under the Small Business Administration's Economic Injury Disaster loan program, $75 billion for hospitals, and $25 billion for coronavirus testing.

IRS Tax returns still have to be filed by April 15th, unless you file an extension. However you have 3 extra months to pay without interest or penalties. If you have questions contact us at 559-369-7691.

As of Friday, March 13, 2020, there are no officially announced extensions to the upcoming tax filing deadlines. Monday, March 16, is the filing deadline for S-corps and partnerships and Wednesday, April 15, is the filing deadline for all other types of returns.

If you cannot meet the filing deadlines be sure to file an extension. Remember the extension must be filed on or before the respective deadlines.
