As small business advisors our typical role begins with preparing/updating legal filings to ensure the company is in good standing and can legally operate. Next we work directly with the clients’ accounting staff to neutralize weaknesses in their processes and get the books in order. Finally we handle the tax return preparation and put together a unique tax strategy to get the company moving forward with a sense of purpose. All of these steps are taken so that our clients can focus on running their business knowing that the back-office operations have been taken care of. We have a passion for helping people turn their passion into a career through proper consulting, business formation, tax planning and tax preparation. was established in April 2008 by its owners and principals: Thomas Dinkel, CPA and Vanessa Ginder Dinkel. The management team is comprised of a husband & wife who operate the business to this day. Thomas and Vanessa first met while attending the Leventhal School of Accounting at the University of Southern California and they have been inseparable ever since. In 2019 Thomas and Vanessa added to their family with the birth of their twin girls. They are passionate for helping their clients and taking care of family is at the core of everything they do personally and professionally.
