The average time for standard trophies and resin is 24 – 48 hours. High end Acrylics, Plaques, Engravable Items, Crystal and Glass have a 72 hour turnaround time beginning after an “Approved” proof. A visual layout of your logo and verbiage will be sent to you via email within 24 – 48 hours of a paid order. You may make up to 3 changes, without extra cost, before approving for production to began.

3-6 weeks depending on the product. What is the average turn-around time for Lanyard and Patches? The average time for custom lanyards and patches is 3 – 6 weeks. Quantity and details will alter or even delay this time. When will I receive a proof? A proof will be send via email within 24 hours. If the Graphic Artist is unable to use the logo then an email will be sent within 24 hours requesting a better or different logo. What is the best format for a logo? JPEG at the highest quality available (300 dpi preferred) preferably in black and white. How much is each additional character (over pre-given limit)? There will be a .15 cents charge for each additional character, over the allotted free character count. Alphabetic, numeric, and punctuations all are considered characters. Spaces do not count towards this count. Do spaces count as characters? However punctuation (commas, periods, etc.) are counted as characters. How do I receive a quote? To receive an accurate quote, please send an email to our Client Service Department [email protected]. Be sure to include; item specifics, quantity, engraving, logo/artwork, shipping address, name and contact number. The quote will be sent to you via email in the form of a Sales Order. How much can I fit on a medal? It is best to keep the engraving on any medal, to a maximum of 3 lines. If ordering blank medal, you may choose to engrave on the front and the back of the medal, at an additional cost of $1.00 plus and engraving character count overages. Can you engrave items not purchased from your store? Product not ordered with our company can be engraved, but with limitations. Not all items are made of material that can be engraved on. We will always try to find a solution or offer a similar product that we can engrave for you. Can I order replacement trophy plates? Replacement name plates or brass plates may be ordered via email. Please send the dimensions, and specify the material to the Sales department for an invoice. Do you accept Purchase Orders? Purchase Orders must go through our Sales department. The completed order (contact name/number, address, product quantity, and engraving), will need to be emailed to our Customer Service department to be invoiced. Can the shipping method be changed/altered once the order is complete? Yes/No The shipping method may be changed if the order has not shipped from our location. Once the order is in transit with UPS, alterations to the delivery date, location and time, cannot be altered. The order will have to continue with method chosen. Can I have items produced outside of the normal production time? You may apply a $25.00 rush to your order for faster service. This fee is based on the product and the quantity. Please contact the Customer Service Department with questions. Can I cancel my order? If you have placed an order, and would like to cancel, you may do so. There will be a 20% cancellation fee for orders that have been active, and product has been ordered. If you have received a proof of your order, there will be a cancelation/proofing fee of $25.00 to cancel. The two fee’s will not be combined. The accounting department will decide in the method of refund; ie check, store credit, or charge back.
