Duties will include:

Answering phones and emails in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. Directing messages to the team, taking detailed notes.
Managing calendars, booking/rescheduling appointments
Maintaining physical office: preparing common areas for visitors, ordering supplies, etc.
Data entry and database organization and management. Proficient in Excel, Word and Power-Point.
Detailed documentation and note-taking
Following processes to complete deadline driven tasks
Creating/editing/preparing/receiving paperwork and reports for Clients
Building relationships and trust with Clients
Managing confidential and sensitive information
Coordination of all events

Requirements

· AA degree or higher.

· Experience in administrative management, and organizational skills.

· Excellent decision-making skills.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Believe in WHAT we do and WHY we do it
