We follow and support all our working families. Everyone needs fair employment, wages and benefits!!!
Today’s Solidarity Rally in Findlay was a powerful show of unity and strength.
Community members, union family, and supporters came together to stand with the striking workers of UAW Local 1327 in their fight against Freudenberg NOK. The turnout was incredible, and the energy on the line showed that working people are ready to keep fighting for fairness, dignity, and respect on the job.
Supporters marched down the street and in front of the plant together in a massive show of solidarity, sending a clear message to the company that these workers are not standing alone.
Speakers Representative Marcy Kaptur, UAW Region 2B Director Dave Green, Ohio AFL-CIO President Tim Burga, and UAW Local 1327 Bargaining Committee Recording Secretary Josh McDonald delivered inspiring remarks about worker power, solidarity, and the importance of staying united throughout this fight.
Some of the most powerful moments came directly from Local 1327 members themselves, who shared personal stories about sacrifice, determination, and why this strike matters to their families and future. Their words reminded everyone why solidarity matters.
The Toledo Area CAP Council also showed their support by donating supplies and groceries for the striking workers and their families — another example of the labor movement standing together in action, not just words.
Thank you to everyone who showed up, brought signs, wore union gear, marched with us, and raised their voices in support. The fight continues, and the members of Local 1327 are stronger than ever.
