I am writing to share some exciting news about the continued growth of my practice and, more importantly, how this change will benefit you.
Effective November 1, 2025, I merged my practice (Chisholm Trail Bookkeeping & Tax Services, PLLC) with two highly respected Certified Public Accountants, Anthony Bird, CPA, and Randy McCall, CPA to form a new firm: Middleton, Bird and McCall, Certified Public Accountants (MBM CPAs).
This merger allows us to expand the resources, experience, and insight available to our clients— without sacrificing the personalized approach that has always defined my practice. Together, we bring broader industry experience, enhanced tax planning capabilities, and greater capacity to support you
as your needs evolve.
Introducing the B & M:
Anthony Bird, CPA
Anthony has over 35 years of experience designing and implementing advanced tax planning strategies for business owners. He has helped clients preserve and grow wealth by improving after-tax cash flow and increasing enterprise value. Anthony has served as a trusted advisor to many successful entrepreneurs, including acting as a long-term personal CFO for wealthy families following major liquidity events. His passion is helping business owners fully benefit from the businesses they have worked so hard to build.
Randy McCall, CPA
Randy is a CPA and Certified Tax Coach who helps business owners and high-income individuals reduce taxes through proactive planning. With experience at PwC and as a CFO in the oil and gas industry, Randy combines public accounting expertise with real-world leadership to deliver practical, results-driven strategies. He focuses on forward-looking tax planning to legally minimize taxes, improve cash flow, and support informed financial decisions. Randy holds a BBA from Abilene Christian University and actively serves in professional and nonprofit organizations.
My new email address is [email protected], and a new firm website will be launching soon. Until then, you may continue to reach out as you always have, and I am happy to assist with any questions during the transition.
While the firm name is changing, my philosophy is not. I remain committed to proactive tax planning, high ethical standards, and long-term client relationships built on trust. My role as your advisor remains the same, and I look forward to continuing our work together—now with the added strength of a collaborative team.
If you have any questions about this transition, please do not hesitate to contact me directly. Thank you for your continued trust and confidence. I am excited about this next chapter and the additional value it brings to you.
Best,
Kim Middleton, CPA
