Hi everyone, I dropped off flyers of the upcoming 10/22/2018 meeting at the Weld County Commissioners for Simon to try to amend 1G. Please write comments and send to the email so it will be in the record before 10/19. Thanks so much. the email is [email protected] Re: USR17-0043. As a reminder they claim they have met the conditions for :
1A-permanent access agreement
1B-lighting plan
1C-landscaping/ screening
1D-dust abatement
1E-parking
1F-recorded drainage plan
1G-improvement to roads/access plan
Please make sure the commissioners know of the violations of the 7 things they claim to have dealt with but leave us in danger of....

9/21/2018 UPDATE- I talked with the Planning Dept on continual complaints about the Simon Contractors site, wash board road, and dust complaints by all. I was told that the plant will shut down in October 2018 due to CDOT completing the hwy 85 work they used the temporary USR to take over our area. Their 3rd temporary USR is up in October 2018 so they cannot start work in the spring of 2019 until the meet with Weld County and start the burm, haybales, landscaping and road work. I will keep you updated friends and neighbors. I also reported not one of us have a contact # or website we can complain to or get resolution to our complaints as Simon agree to do in their meetings. Kim said he would pass this on to the Commissioners.

Well, here it is September and the asphalt plant has not set up any information line or complaint site where you can see what is going on. They have not done any landscaping or noise reduction or made the roads safer.. What is up Weld County???

Neighbors... please send info on how you are doing... since the asphalt plant is running...
