Small Osceola based commercial repossession company is seeking 1-2 part time guys/gals to assist in commercial asset recovery. This is a great opportunity for the rite people...a perfect fit would be a semi retired farmer, retired police officer, former military, or semi retired truck driver. The right candidate must also be very very familiar with farm equipment, heavy equipment, load securement, not afraid to get dirty, trainable, not be a hot head, like to travel, over 25, insurable, pass every ua, and trustworthy with sensitive data and willing to sign an NDA. Western Wisconsin commercial repossession company has openings for several Class A drivers and or equipment operators. You must be over 26-YOA with a valid and CLEAN Class A or Class B license!!!

We repossess semis, trailers, ag equipment, construction equipment, industrial equipment, mining equipment, industrial machines, medical equipment, and forestry equipment.

The ideal candidate would be semi retired or retired truck drivers, retired police officers and or deputies, former military, retired heavy equipment operators, retired farmers and or farmers looking for extra income.

You must have excellent communication skills, willingness to learn a new trade, have excellent conflict resolution skills and dealing with situations on the fly without hostility, be mechanically inclined, and have the ability to think outside the box, clean driving record, and absolutely no drug addicts!

I am looking to hire a fresh crew with NO previous repossession experience and bad habits. It is NOT like you see it on tv. This is a very professional industry and we represent our clients and their customers with the utmost dignity and respect, even in the ugliest of situations. I have multiple part timers going back to work soon and looking to get guys and gals trained ASAP.

The ability to be able to go on the road for 2-3 days 1-2 times a month is also very helpful.
