Payroll Processing Specialist Needed

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll Processing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing employee payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities
Process weekly/biweekly payroll accurately and on time

Maintain employee payroll records and data

Calculate wages, overtime, deductions, and bonuses

Handle direct deposits and payroll adjustments

Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations

Respond to employee payroll questions professionally

Prepare payroll reports as needed

Qualifications
Previous payroll or bookkeeping experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Office

Ability to handle confidential information

Strong organizational and communication skills

Position Details
Full-time

Location: on site, Florence SC
