Intuit/Quickbooks is the worst freaking company in the U.S. They provide Horrible customer service. When the tech could not help me, I asked to speak to someone higher up the chain of command. They had a person who seemed to care less about the issue, and her first comment was, "I can't do anything about your problem. I just write it down and send it to someone". She reported to me there is no 2nd or 3rd escalation for problems. The Tech you speak with, is it? Why would QuickBooks send me to someone to waste my time who can do nothing to fix the issue. I'll tell you why: because they don't care about their customers. My bank has been in contact with them for over two weeks with no resolution. So March 15th is fast approaching, and I have purchased a product that does not work, and I can't get my bank statements downloaded to complete my business returns. To date, I have spent 8 hrs on the phone with QB "tech support" with no resolution except to blame the issue on someone else, namely my bank. This company gets away with price-gouging customers and playing bait and switch. Again, it is the most disgusting corporation in the U.S.!
