August was filled with opportunities to connect, celebrate milestones, and create lasting memories across Eide Bailly.

📍 Inland Empire, CA – Our leadership team kicked off busy season by serving breakfast to staff, taking time to connect, show appreciation, and fuel up for the exciting months ahead.

📍 Denver, CO – Ten team members traded laptops for gloves and bats during a summer softball season, building camaraderie and enjoying some friendly competition outside the office.

📍 Tustin, CA – The office events committee hosted its annual end-of-summer happy hour, bringing the team together for bowling, great food, and plenty of laughs.

📍 Aberdeen, SD – Draft-day excitement marked the launch of the office fantasy football league, creating new opportunities for connection, friendly competition, and team spirit throughout the season.

📍 Bismarck, ND – Team members from Bismarck and Fargo spent the afternoon on the golf course before gathering for a tailgate-style celebration.

📍 San Diego, CA – Colleagues from San Diego and Solana Beach enjoyed an afternoon of wine tasting, food, and conversation at Burtech Family Vineyard.

📍 India – Team members celebrated Independence Day together with festive décor, tricolor attire, and a meaningful celebration honoring freedom, unity, and progress.

📍 Minneapolis, MN – Staff gathered for the annual Summer Social at Urban Growler, enjoying live music and time to connect with colleagues.

📍 Seattle & Edmonds, WA – The team celebrated a successful internship, welcomed a new colleague, and hosted a Taste of Mumbai lunch to send Melissa Hardy off on her secondment to India.

Across every office, these moments remind us that strong relationships are built both inside and outside the workplace.

Creating stronger communities starts with showing up, and that's exactly what our teams did throughout August.

📍 Seattle, WA – Volunteers harvested more than 200 pounds of produce at Marra Farm's Giving Garden, helping support food access programs in the South Park community.

📍 Denver, CO – Our team supported The Walls Project's efforts to create a community mural centered on acceptance, well-being, and local wildlife.

📍 Abilene, TX – Team members participated in the Haskell County Hospital Foundation's annual Bunco fundraiser, supporting healthcare and educational opportunities throughout the community.

📍 Bismarck, ND – Volunteers donated school supplies through Dream Center Bismarck and helped organize clothing and essentials during Youthworks' "We've Got You Covered" Day of Caring event.

📍 Fargo, ND – Team members supported Special Olympics North Dakota through its annual golf tournament fundraiser.

📍 India – Members of our leadership team spent time with residents at a local Old Age Home, sharing stories, a meal, and meaningful moments together.

📍 Dubuque, IA – Our team represented Eide Bailly at the Women's Leadership Network Annual Connect Experience, supporting leadership growth and connection across the community.

📍 Fort Collins, CO – Volunteers partnered with Fort Collins Habitat for Humanity to help build homes and support local families.

📍 Inland Empire, CA – Team members assembled care bags for families staying at the Ronald McDonald House Inland Empire.

📍 Minneapolis, MN – Volunteers partnered with St. Paul Parks and Recreation and Second Harvest Heartland, helping maintain public green spaces and support local food access efforts.

📍 Mankato, MN – Team members volunteered with South Central Minnesota Food Recovery, helping rescue surplus food and support nutritious meals for local families.

We're grateful for these opportunities to give back and proud of the impact our people make through service, connection, and community involvement.

This summer, leaders from across Eide Bailly stepped away from their day-to-day responsibilities to invest in something equally important: their growth.

Through Leadership Toolkit workshops in Omaha, Minneapolis, Denver, and Sioux Falls, participants explored critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and communication skills while collaborating with peers from across the firm.

One theme echoed throughout the sessions: critical thinking and effective communication have never been more important. As technology and automation continue to transform the way we work, leaders are increasingly challenged to ask better questions, communicate with greater intention, consider new perspectives, and approach complex problems in different ways.

The result? Participants left with new tools, fresh perspectives, stronger connections, and practical skills they can bring back to their teams every day.

Thank you to Dr. David Minionis of HUMANETRICS for facilitating our Critical Thinking & Creative Problem Solving workshops and to Denny Faurote of Faurote Group for leading our Communicating with Impact session. Over just six weeks, 710 Eide Bailly team members traveled more than 88,500 miles.

During our Reach the Peak wellness challenge, participants focused on more than physical activity. They practiced gratitude, performed acts of kindness, connected with coworkers, and logged thousands of healthy habits, from prioritizing sleep and hydration to making time for self-care and meditation.

The challenge served as a great reminder that wellness isn't just about exercise. It's also about relationships, personal growth, mental health, and making time for the habits that help us thrive.
