Common misconception: you have to tidy your books before you ask for help. You don’t.

If you feel like you’re in the weeds with your numbers, that’s okay.
Most of the people I work with come to me right in the middle of the mess, not after they’ve “got it together.”

There’s no gold star for struggling through it alone, and this is a judgement free zone.

What’s one thing you wish you’d known before you started your business?

For a lot of people I work with, the answer is some version of: “I wish someone had shown me the behind‑the‑scenes stuff sooner,”
especially around time, boundaries, and yeah, how the money actually works.

You’re not supposed to magically know all of that on day one.

You learned your craft first. The rest gets learned as you go.
