Hello everyone,

I wanted to reach out to share an important update. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I will be losing my current office sublease at the end of this month — in just 20 days. This situation is particularly unfortunate, as I had signed a new lease less than 45 days ago. Unfortunately, a disagreement between my landlord and the building owner has led to the termination of our sublease, leaving all parties in a difficult position.

My immediate plan is to secure a new local office space. In the meantime, I will be temporarily relocating my office to my home in Ferndale through at least the end of the year.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and want to assure you that my commitment to providing the highest quality work remains unchanged. I truly value our relationship — you are more than just clients to me — and I appreciate your understanding during this transition.

2023 Tax Season is winding down. Personal tax returns have a file date deadline of Monday April 15, 2024.

I will be highlighting a few final tax preparation areas for the next 10 days.

The IRS has issued thousands of Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN) Numbers to taxpayers this year. If you received an Identity Protection PIN notice, it is vital that you provide your tax preparer with the number before your tax return is filed. Tax returns cannot be e-filed without the IP PIN.
