I apologize for any confusion. We take vacation as soon as tax season ends to get our sanity back. Thank you guys for a other awesome season!

For 2025, our plan is to be in office the first full week of the each month Tuesday 10-1, Wednesday 3-6, and Thursday 10-1.

For May this will be as follows:
Tuesday May 6th 10-1
Wednesday May 7th 3-6
Thursday May 8th 10-1

Please check the website before visiting, as schedules may change.

Here is an update with the dates we have planned to be in. The hours will be Tuesday & Thursday 10-1 and Wednesday 3-6 for the following:
June 3, 4, 5
July 8, 9, 10
August 5, 6, 7
September 9, 10, 11
October 7, 8, 9
November 4, 5, 6
December 9, 10, 11

These dates could change if absolutely necessary but we will do our best to stick to the above.

Good Afternoon. I pray everyone has had a good start to 2024.

IRS will begin processing electronic returns beginning January 29th. If your paperwork is in order, we can already prepare your return to save you time.

Please note that for 2024, we will not be able to accept any "new" clients, where "new" refers to those who haven't been in our office the last two years (meaning the 2021 and/or 2022 return wasn't prepared by us). We look forward to seeing you soon! For additional information visit our website at

I wanted to let everyone know that tomorrow, Thursday December 14th we will be closed due to a family medical emergency. Sorry for any inconvenience.

The last day for e-filing returns in 2023 will be November 18th. After that IRS will shut down the servers for maintenance until early 2024. This will be the last date your 2020 return can be e-filed.

Keep in mind we are only in the office for walk-ins/calls on Thursdays from 10-12 until January. Except for November 23 & December 28 we will not be in the office.

We wanted to say thank you for an awesome tax season everyone! If you need us after yesterday here are the updated hours. We are going to relax today so that beginning tomorrow we can catch up with all things family and in our personal lives.

Good Morning! I wanted to update everyone here that Nikki, Charlene, and Donovan have made the decision that April 18th will be dedicated to returns that have been started before that day. No new returns will be started on Tuesday, April 18th.
