I have been a CPA for over 25 years, specializing in tax preparation and accounting services for small businesses and non-profits. However, my main focus for the last 13 years was owning and operating Coventina Day Spa. In 2022 we sold the business and I decided I wanted to go back to my accounting roots. My longtime colleague Dale DeMarco was looking to downsize and another local CPA, Penny Qualls, wanted to retire. I have combined those two practices into my own, Richter Tax and Consulting.
